Summary:
We are seeking a full-time music teacher for Lybrook Elementary School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music education and be able to motivate and inspire students to develop their musical abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Teach music classes to elementary school students
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state and national music education standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Plan and lead performances and concerts throughout the school year
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate music into other areas of the curriculum
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
- Stay current with developments in music education and incorporate new techniques and technologies into teaching practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in music education or related field
- State teaching certification in music education
- Experience teaching music to elementary school students
- Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
- Enthusiasm for working with children and fostering their love of music.
