Daily Expectations:

Help fellow technicians with support issues.
Document solutions: If you have a technical issue and found a resolution - document this and ask Manager to review.
Follow Process and Procedures established by the Technology Department including Inventory and Support Procedures.
Keep work facilities and personal space clean and organized.
Participate in new Installations or other work as directed by Managers or IT Director.
Respond to requests in person, electronically, on the phone with a positive helpful attitude. Create tickets as needed. Ask managers, other techs or IT Director for help when you are not sure how to handle a situation or issue.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by listening, restating and follow up.

Acknowledge Request: Respond to requests in a professional and courteous manner for support by communicating with the customer verbally and or electronically.
Determine Resources to resolve issue: Documentation found on web or google drive, other technicians or managers or subject matter experts, vendors etc...
Provide a timeline for resolution:
Resolve and follow up with customer to verify all requests have been completed - follow up with them again if needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Professional Development for new staff in the area of technology
Support Everything Technology
- Network: Internet and Phone
- Devices: Laptops, Desktops, iPads, mifis, iPhones, Printers, Scanners, wire racks, peripherals
- Software and Application Support
- Infrastructure Support: Work with Network Admin, IT Director, IT Manager as requested on servers, switches, AP’s, UPS, Cable Patching etc…
Help Desk and Inventory
- Resolve all help desk requests following the customer service procedures above
- Create tickets for work that is not already in a Help Desk Ticket
- Update Devices in Inventory System with any changes to location
- Image and Configure New Devices as directed

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required. Associates, Bachelors, or technology certification are preferred.

- Demonstrated PC and Macintosh hardware troubleshooting and repair skills are preferred.

- Basic technology troubleshooting is required.

- Demonstrated proficient skill using Google.

- Strong communication skills, written and verbal are required.

Salary & Benefits:

Pay: $ 22 - $ 25 per hour based on experience
