Hourly Rate Per Master Agreement

Niles Community Schools is looking for a dynamic Night Custodian. Highly-effective communication skills and professionalism required for daily interaction with a diverse workforce, student population, building administration and community.

Required Qualifications:

Valid Driver's license
Basic computer literacy skills
Knowledge of cleaning techniques
Organizational ability
Punctuality and good attendance
Demonstrated knowledge in using powered and non-powered hand tools
Operation of powered cleaning equipment
Management of supply inventory

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous custodial experience
Experience with CCAP program
Previous experience in educational setting
Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals
