Boys Varsity Soccer Coach

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to serve as a Boys Varsity Soccer Coach at EC Middle / High School. This is a seasonal position that requires a strong commitment to the team and the ability to work well with student-athletes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement practice plans that focus on skill development, strategy, and teamwork
- Attend all practices, games, and team meetings
- Establish and maintain effective communication with team members, parents, and school administration
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices and games
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback to improve skills and performance
- Encourage and foster a positive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, respect, and responsibility
- Coordinate and manage team travel arrangements for away games and tournaments
- Manage and maintain team equipment and uniforms
- Ensure compliance with all school and athletic association rules and regulations

Requirements:
- Prior experience coaching high school or college-level soccer
- Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes
- Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches, school administration, and parents
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
